Aliona, who danced to victory with Jay McGuinness, is in talks about choreographing on the show and will reportedly be first in line if one of the dancers has an injury.

A source has told the Daily Mirror, ‘She is bored and really keen to get back on the show in some capacity.

‘She is currently talking to show bosses about having a choreography role, and she is their number one dancer to turn to if someone has an injury.

This year’s Strictly has undergone a few changes, with three new dancers joining the line-up.
