In second place is Opia’s organic fizz, which impressed our panel due to its “creamy and elegant” profile. Best gift
French Bloom Le Blanc 0%
Score: 78/100
At £32.50 a bottle, French Bloom is positioned as one of the most premium non-alcoholic wines on the market. To justify the price tag, it’s made with organic French chardonnay grapes to mimic a blanc de blanc champagne, and displays notes of honeysuckle, melon and elderflower.
There’s plenty of juicy stone fruit too, alongside tropical mango and lychee, however the sweetness is beautifully balanced with zippy lemon acidity. All in all, we think it’s a very elegant gift for those not drinking.
