What is Amazon Prime Day?

Prime Day is an exclusive sale available just for Amazon Prime members, unlike something other events where deals are available for everybody. Despite being called Prime Day, it’s typically been two days, and it’s an event where you can expect to find great beauty deals, toy discounts, travel offers, and discounted books.

When is Amazon Prime Day?

The Amazon Prime Day dates for 2025 are Tuesday 8 July to Friday 11 July. In previous years, the two-day main event has taken place in July, so it's no surprise that it's happening in July again this year. What is a surprise, though, is that it's a longer event than before, now taking place over four days! That's double the sale days.

How to sign up for Amazon Prime

During the event, the deals are exclusive to Prime members, so if you’re not already signed up, it’s worth considering. Amazon Prime membership costs £8.99/month or £95/year, and you can also take advantage of deals during the Amazon Prime free trial.

Which laptop brands will offer Amazon Prime Day deals?

Many of the biggest laptop brands sell models on Amazon, and we expect plenty of exclusive discounts during Prime Big Deal Days. Brands like Asus, HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Samsung tend to offer discounts, and we anticipate more deals as the event unfolds.

Keep in mind that there will be Amazon device deals too, as products such as Echo smart speakers and Fire tablets should also be featured with great discounts during the event, so it’s worth keeping an eye on those too.
