With its sleek and sophisticated exterior, Dyson's Ball Multi Floor is easy on the eye as well as in use. This vacuum cleaner effortlessly steers and glides along the floor, and as every tool can be stored on-board, it's convenient for storing its attachments. That being said, its overall shape is fairly bulky and it cannot sit up on its end, which would reduce the footprint for storage. Its shape also makes it awkward to use on the stairs, as those with more narrow steps may struggle to balance it!
This vacuum cleaner works best on carpet and laminate flooring. It scored decent results across the rest of the board, however, it does struggle with pet hair removal, needing at least 10 sweeps to clear the floor in our test. On the whole, it would suit most households, although not so much those with pets or narrow stairs.

This vacuum cleaner has an innovative shape which helps the ease of use in terms of steering and control. However, it also makes it a little awkward to store as it is fairly bulky and cannot stand on its end. It's a decent all-round performer, although it does struggle with pet hair removal!
