best g spot vibrators
Good Housekeeping

Here at the Good Housekeeping Institute, we've tested hundreds of the best vibrators over the years, and there really is a sex toy out there for everyone.

For some women, stimulating the G-spot – the pleasure point found around 5-8cm inside the front wall of the vagina – can result in stronger, more enjoyable orgasms. So, we tasked a panel of testers with finding the best G-spot vibrators on the market.

There are myriad options to help you along in the bedroom or shower, including ribbed and curved designs. These are our top picks at a glance, but scroll on for our testers' detailed reviews.

How we test vibrators

When it comes to sex toys, we only recommend the best. To find the top performers, our Good Housekeeping Institute testing panel of 123 women put a range of models to the test.

Each one was reviewed by five or more people over the course of several weeks, with panellists asked to experiment with every speed, setting and vibration pattern on offer, as well as any innovative features, such as app-compatibility.

They scored products on their ease of use, design and — of course — performance, with top marks awarded to toys that looked good, were simple to set up and helped our testers achieve intense orgasms.

Made from the brand’s signature soft silicone, it combines classic suction with a firm yet flexible stem.

Testers liked the unconventional and quirky design, with one telling us it looked “nice and luxurious compared to scary dildos”. It doesn’t just look good either – testers were singing its praises for performance too. “I would highly recommend,” said one.

UK Approved(Esquire,Red,HB,GH,Country Living,Prima)
Rave App Controlled Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator

Pros

  • Storage bag and lube provided
  • Testers liked the ability to control it remotely

Cons

  • Slightly noisy

Score: 83/100

The We-Vibe Rave can be controlled using buttons on the vibrator itself, or you have the option of linking it to an app. This not only gives you (or your partner) the option to control it remotely, but also allows you to create your own vibration patterns.

Our testers found the buttons a little stiff, so being able to flick between settings on their phone was a welcome and more user-friendly alternative. They loved the vibrator's clean design too, saying the curved shape was great for G-spot stimulation. It’s on the louder side, but it’s a lot of fun for couples.

Lush 4 Remote Control G-spot Vibrator

Pros

  • Hands free

Cons

Score: 77/100

The Lush 4 is the fourth iteration of the hands-free toy from LOVENSE, and this time it’s been upgraded with a more powerful motor for added pleasure. It has seven different vibration and intensity settings to make your way through, and the newly added LED light changes as you make your way through each of them. Party in your pants?

You can also hand control to your partner via a Bluetooth-connected app. One tester said it was a great addition to her sex life with her husband, while others told us it was just as good for solo play. Score: 77/100

Don’t be put off by the slightly odd design of this vibrator. While it may look a little intimidating, it’s all for a good reason; it’s been ergonomically designed to stimulate the G-spot and clitoris simultaneously, with 12 intensity levels.

Our panel of testers thought it looked discreet, and liked the size and shape. As for performance, most found it pleasurable to use and enjoyed a better and faster orgasm. Some said it wasn’t quiet enough, though.

Trojan Divine Contoured Vibrator

UK Approved(Esquire,Red,HB,GH,Country Living,Prima)
Divine Contoured Vibrator

Pros

  • Simple to use
  • Lightweight

Cons

  • Battery operated rather than rechargeable
  • Not much variety in the three different speeds

Score: 75/100

At under £15, this nifty toy gives pricier models a run for their money. It’s lightweight, compact and easy to operate with one conveniently placed button to switch between the speeds. Our panel said the material felt soft against their skin and they raved about the ribbed surface for enhanced stimulation – one tester reported “the most intense orgasms” when using it externally.

It’s not the most powerful device but it’s ideal for foreplay and for those who prefer gentle sensations. The battery isn’t rechargeable, and we would have liked a travel pouch for storage and discretion but those were our only quibbles. All in all, an excellent pocket-friendly option.

Kurve

Pros

  • Can be used in the shower
  • Soft-gel tip feels nice against the skin

Cons

  • Buttons are slightly fiddly

Score: 75/100

For a bit of variety, consider this good-looking device from the sexperts at Hotoctopuss. It has two powerful motors that offer contrasting vibration styles for “ultimate customisation”.

The tip emits high-frequency waves while the shaft provides deep rumbly vibrations, allowing you to create all manner of combinations. There are 25 speed combos and five pleasure patterns to choose between, so rest assured you’ll never get bored.

Testers felt “very satisfied” after using the toy and said the curved design and soft gel tip enhanced their pleasure. It’s quite noisy on the higher speed settings, and testers found the buttons a little confusing to begin with, but they soon felt confident using it. Plus, it charges quickly, comes with a travel case and is fully waterproof.

Pro Plus Wave 4 G-Spot Air Pulse Vibrator

Pros

  • Hands-free
  • Quiet

Cons

  • Doesn't come with much instruction

Score: 74/100

Your first thought when it comes to this G-spot vibrator is likely, what is that? It is unusual looking, so we wouldn’t blame you. But this uniquely designed toy is engineered with pleasure-enhancing tech, and it gave one of our testers one of their strongest orgasms yet.

The techy tool features an air-pulsing head for the clitoris, an insertable shaft to target the G-spot and, best of all, innovative robotic technology that mimics the sensation of a finger caressing the G-spot. Now that’s a robot takeover we can get behind.

It took testers a bit of trial and error to get it right, but the app provided a lot of information on how to use the sex toy, plus how to deploy the hands-free feature. One tester loved how much thought went into the app – you can select preset modes, live control, stories, and even let your partner take control from a distance.

Just note, some people did find it was a little too large for them, so keep this in mind before shopping.

Score: 73/100

If you’re after a pretty vibrator, try this one. The tip is shaped like a flower, which can be used both internally for G-spot stimulation or externally on the clitoris.

Overall, our testers approved, although some found it too small. It’s fully waterproof though and has 10 modes, including three speed settings and seven pulse patterns, which led to a more intense orgasm for most.

Womanizer X Lovehoney InsideOut Rechargeable G-Spot and Clitoral Stimulator

UK Approved(Esquire,Red,HB,GH,Country Living,Prima)
InsideOut Rechargeable G-Spot and Clitoral Stimulator

Pros

  • Clear instructions and diagrams make it easy to use
  • Intense vibrations

Cons

  • Heavy and bulky

Score: 71/100

Like the Womanizer Duo, this plum-coloured vibrator offers both G-spot and clitoral stimulation for a double whammy of sensation. The curved silicone shaft targets internal erogenous zones while pressure waves mimic the feeling of oral sex.

The result? Intense, enjoyable orgasms, according to testers, with one even saying: “This is the best toy I’ve come across!”

Our panel found it comfy to hold and easy to use thanks to the curved design, and they enjoyed experimenting with the different vibration speeds and intensity levels.

It’s a bit bulky and heavy, and there’s no travel pouch. Still, it’s a worthy contender for those who enjoy dual stimulation.

What is the female G-spot?

If you haven’t heard of the female G-spot, let alone know where it is, don’t worry, we’re here to ask the important questions. “The G-spot is an area of sensitive tissue located inside the vagina that, when stimulated, can create intense pleasure and powerful orgasms,” explains Annabelle Knight, sex and relationships expert at Lovehoney.

“It’s often described as feeling slightly firmer or ridged compared to the surrounding area.”

Where is the female G-spot?

X marks the G-spot, but where exactly is that?

“You’ll find it about two to three inches inside the vagina, along the front wall (the side closest to your belly button),” says Knight.

“It responds best to firm, rhythmic pressure rather than light touches. “Some find it easiest to reach by using a ‘come-hither’ motion with the fingers, but toys designed for G-spot stimulation can make it even easier to explore.”

What is a G-spot vibrator?

There are a variety of G-spot-specific vibrators available with a range of different designs, but all aim to provide a more intense orgasm.

If you’re a beginner, go for a classic vaginal vibrator with a curved tip for easier G-spot stimulation. Ribbed designs, meanwhile, allow the raised ridges to pass over the G-spot, offering further stimulation. If you’re feeling braver, you may want to try a fully insertable “egg”. While this might sound intimidating, it just means the tip of the vibrator is rounded and sits right on the G-spot. Not sure if a G-spot vibrator is right for you? Head over to our vibrator buying guide to find The One.

How do you use a G-spot vibrator?

“A G-spot vibrator is designed with a curved tip to apply direct pressure to this pleasure zone,” says Knight. “Start with plenty of lube and ease it in at a comfortable angle. Once in position, experiment with different vibration settings and pressure levels.”

Personal preference is key here too. “Some people love deep, rumbly vibrations, while others prefer gentle pulsations,” Knight adds. “Pairing it with clitoral stimulation can also heighten sensations and lead to blended orgasms. The key is to take your time and enjoy the journey!”

The verdict on G-spot vibrators

Double up on the fun with our two-in-one winner, Lovehoney's Floral Fantasy Rose, which offers clitoral and G-spot stimulation in a super soft silicone.

Looking for reasonably priced pleasure? Then the Trojan Divine Contoured Vibrator is the one for you – our testers were impressed with its performance, though it is gentler than other toys we tested. At under £50, it’s gentle on your purse, too.
