On test, 83% of our testers agreed the product glided smoothly across their lips on application. This lipstick has proven itself as moisturising, with testers commenting on its lip balm texture and how pleasant it is to wear. The sharp bullet edge is great for precision, but some testers felt a lip brush would apply the thick product more evenly. There's a slight gloss to the bold colour that perhaps looks redder on darker skin tones and a deeper pink shade on lighter skin tones. The smooth and silky consistency is matte without being too dry, and a small amount of the product goes a long way.
