The L’Oreal Glow Cherie Natural Glow Enhancer Lotion scored an impressive 80/100 in the GHI’s tests. It’s a liquid formula (so you can’t be accidentally heavy-handed and sweep on too much powder) that's designed to be used alone or on top of makeup. The glowy effect comes from a pearlescent pigment, rather than glittery particles, to give a more natural look.
All testers loved how easily the product blended — the finish was smooth, even and left no streaks. In fact, 92% of those who tried it were happy with the results, saying their complexion looked much warmer and was left glowing.
When the team’s makeup artist used it, she loved the finish, commenting that it mixed nicely with foundation, but felt it could have been more pigmented. As such, it’s more for those who like a subtle finish rather than an all-out glam look.
