While the PZ1000UK model is the team's favourite, the vacuum on sale is the upgraded PZ1000UKT version, which comes with an additional pet tool for tackling embedded pet hair. The PZ1000UK isn't on sale, and is currently retailing for £379.99, which means this sale model is an even better bargain.
On test, this vacuum ticked all the boxes, earning a near-perfect 92/100 score. Its lightweight feel and manoeuvrability impressed, gliding along very well on all floor types. It picked up over 90% of dust on all tested surfaces, including carpet, floorboards and laminate – on which it was especially impressive, lifting 98% of debris!
Even without the additional pet tool, the team found the motorised brush head particularly good at removing fuzz from floors and upholstery. You can also detach the main body, which is really useful for cleaning stairs, sofas, under furniture and tackling cobwebs around your ceilings. It fared very well along flooring edges, and the canister emptied cleanly and easily.
As a bonus, it also has some LED lights on the front nozzle, to help you see all dirt and dust in darker corners and under furniture.
