If you think you’ve tried all that is on offer in your local coffee shop, then you might be mistaken as one barista has created our new favourite hot drink – the rainbow flat white.

Mason Salisbury, a coffee connoisseur from Las Vegas, has come up with an innovative way of getting our regular caffeine fix, by adding rainbow colours to the coffees he makes.

He then documents his rainbow coffees on his Instagram with some very colourful photos and incredible videos, which we just can’t stop watching.

Mason creates his amazing lattes by adding food colouring to his milk before pouring onto the coffee. He even experiments with the designs he creates on top of the coffees, by creating swans, birds, hearts and flowers, and he uses different combinations of colours to achieve this look.
