Hearts broke around the country as Greg Rutherford and partner Natalie Lowe were the latest couple to leave the Strictly competiton last weekend.
Battling out in the dance-off against Claudia Fragapane and AJ Pritchard, Greg and Natalie were sent packing in an emotional goodbye in Blackpool.
And there was no doubt that the pair had built a beautiful friendship, made clearer by their appearance on Strictly's sister show, It Takes Two with Zoe Ball.
There were tears all round as Zoe Ball spoke to the pair about the Strictly journey.

'We’ve become the bestest of friends. I found you and your family and you’re now in my life forever,' Natalie said to Greg.
Greg also praised Natalie for helping him learn to dance while she thanked her partner, and Greg's partner Susie for their support.
'I just want to say thank you so much to our partners for making this experience so special,' she gushed.
'Susie is an absolute dream come true. This experience wouldn’t be as amazing if we didn’t have such fantastic support form our partners.'

Only six couples are left in the competition for the Strictly crown: Claudia and AJ, Ore and Joanne, Danny and Oti, Louise and Kevin, Ed and Katya and Judge Rinder and Oksana.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One next Saturday and Sunday (26 & 27 November).
