Bette Midler has already made it pretty clear she's keen for a Hocus Pocus sequel. And we're in complete agreement here.

While many of us will be cracking out the 1993 cult classic this Halloween, every glorious re-watch just makes us wonder why there's never been a second film. Seriously Disney, we'd all watch it.

But now, as if coming out and saying it earlier this week wasn't enough, Midler is also dropping some pretty obvious hints that she wants to do another film by going and dressing up as the child-eating witch Winnie Sanderson.

Complete with her signature bouffant ginger hairdo, large teeth and long nails, Bette Midler also wore her iconic villainous purple robe and had her very own broomstick - all the better for flying over towns and luring children while Sarah Jessica Parker's Sarah Sanderson does her singing thing, right?

The actress recently questioned why there was never a Hocus Pocus sequel, telling Billboard: 'You don't get to see women doing slapstick too much, and in the movie you can see that we're having a blast.

'For the life of me, I can't understand why there's not a sequel.'

We're with you Bette. Let's reunite the coven - and seeing as she already has the Winnie costume, let's hope this might speed up any potential sequel plans.

All we need know is SJP and Kathy Najimi to also be spotted in costume as their characters and that would really make our Halloween.
