Dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for a summer visit to the Catskills, everybody, because the first photos of ABC's Dirty Dancing remake are here, courtesy of the TV adaptation's cast and a little thing called Instagram.
ABC's pick for Frances Houseman – you'll know her as Baby – Abigail Breslin has been sharing photos of her and co-star Colt Prattes (Johnny Castle) performing some Dirty dance moves on the social network over the last few days, and we have to say it's looking good.
'Casually dancing around a fireplace, as one does,' the actress captioned her first photo, before following it up a few hours later with another photo of the same scene.

'AND just casually dippin' around a fireplace,' she added. 'As one also does.'
But the exciting new images don't stop there either, as fellow cast mates Sarah Hyland, playing Baby's older sister Lisa, Debra Messing, playing Baby's mum Marjorie, and Trevor Einhorn, playing Neil Kellerman, also shared some sneak peeks at the TV film, showing off themselves, Bruce Greenwood, Nicole Scherzinger and Billy Dee Williams in character.
Still no photos of the infamous watermelon yet, but we'll keep you posted.
And Colt also got involved, sharing a shot of his 'favourite moment of the film'- which looks like it's the iconic final dance scene.
Speaking about the adaptation to People, Messing shared that ABC's version won't be an exact copy of the beloved original 1987 film starring Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze.
'This isn't a replica of the original. This takes some liberties,' she said. 'It has the DNA of the original, but you are going to find out what happened to Baby and Johnny after that summer ended. So there's some additional surprises in there that are new.

'My hope is that people who loved the movie are going to be happy with all the things that are iconic with the movie, that they'll appreciate the things that are new and modernised with this version.'
ABC's remake of Dirty Dancing will feature songs from the original as well as a few extra musical performances too.
Bringing it all to life on the screen will be director Wayne Blair and Hamilton choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler.
The three-hour film premieres in the US on Wednesday, May 24 on ABC.
