After Cindy Crawford broke down boundaries by sharing un-retouched pictures of her body last month, Supermodels Heidi Klum and Chrissy Teigen have followed suit.
Known for her flawless face and incredible figure, Heidi posted two pictures of herself on Instagram yesterday – one of herself in full glamour mode, ready for a photoshoot.
Plus one of herself before celebrity make-up artist Linda Hay and hair stylist Brent Lawler got to work! Although she does appear to be naturally flawless of skin, the lucky lady, we’re glad to see a little more honesty creeping into the world of celebrity.
In a similar move, American model Chrissy Teigen, who is married to singer John Legend, shared a snap on her own Instagram feed two days ago to show off bruises she’d earned by bumping into kitchen equipment.
The snap revealed the stretch marks on her inner thighs – something that other celebs might have airbrushed out or chosen to hide – and she even made a jokey reference to them!
It might be slow progress, but we’re happy to see a little less airbrushing happening! What do you think?
