The world collectively fell in love with Chrissy Teigen when she casually saluted her stretch-marks on Twitter years ago, and now the star is sharing another important message about beauty ideals on social media.
Last night, the 32-year-old model and presenter - who welcomed her second child Miles Theodore with John Legend back in May - posted a snap of her self-described 'mum bod' to remind us that not everyone on Instagram has rock-hard abs and photoshop-inspired flawless figures.
The new mum then added another snap of herself in the same floral bikini next to her husband, and tweeted:
'Instagram is crazy. I think it's awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!!) but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol' bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing.'
'Also I don't really call this "body confidence" because I’m not quite there yet. I’m still super insecure. I’m just happy that I can make anyone else out there feel better about themselves!' she added.
Teigen then joked: 'Ok back to being stupid!'
Two weeks after welcoming baby Miles, Teigen delighted her followers by sharing a picture of herself in her less-than flattering postpartum get-up and referencing a joke from Ali Wong's Netflix special that described hospital underwear as looking like fancy Korean pear packaging.
Teigen has also spoken candidly about suffering from post-natal depression after she had her first daughter Luna.
We love you Chrissy, don't ever change...
