Cheryl and Liam Payne have picked a very unique name for their newborn son, if the latest round of press reports are to be believed.
The couple have clearly been on cloud nine ever since they welcomed their baby boy back in March, after months of intense speculation over when the child would arrive.

But they were yet to reveal the name they picked out for the little guy, and — according to The Sun — it was because Cheryl and Liam 'spent over a week getting to know' their son before picking out a name.
And the name they decided on is… Bear Payne! We'll let you decide how Bear Payne stacks up to other unusual celebrity baby names like Apple Martin (Gwyneth Paltrow/Chris Martin), Kal-El Cage (Nicolas Cage) and Cricket Pearl (Busy Philipps).
In the couple's only public comment since the baby's arrival, Cheryl wrote on Instagram that she was overjoyed to welcome an 'incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy' in March.
'Although he still doesn't have a name he is already stealing hearts,' Cheryl wrote at the time. 'We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever.'
We're sure Bear (if that really is his name) is getting plenty of cuddles from mum and dad right about now!

Digital Spy has reached out to representatives for both Cheryl and Liam for clarification on if their little one really is named Bear Payne.
