Jon Snow (aka Kit Harington, Game of Thrones heartthrob) has sent the internet into meltdown after being snapped without his infamous beard and moustache. The 29-year-old actor was pictured outside the theatre where he's performing in Doctor Faustus in London this week, and people aren't sure about his dramatic makeover.

'Kit Harington shaved his beard and I could feel the tears in my eyes,' one person tweeted. 'Kit Harrington without a beard looks like pizza without cheese,' said another.

But we're sure people will get over it, as this isn't the first time the actor has debuted a different look. When filming his 2014 movie The Testament of Youth, people were shocked to see Kit had chopped off his famous locks.

But still, we're not sure how we feel about Jon Snow sans facial hair. We guess we've all got to suffer for art...
