Being preganant is a pretty special time anyway, but for mum-to-be Maisie, it wasn't just anyone who was fixated on her blossoming baby bump - it was Rajang, the Colchester Zoo orangutan !

Masie's partner Jay Clarke filmed the encounter as Ms Knight, who is 37 weeks pregnant, waved to Rajang through the glass of its enclosure, and the cute result was all captured and posted to YouTube (below).

Commenting on the video, Jay wrote:
(SIC) 'Me and my 37 week pregnant partner visited Colchester Zoo on 13/07/2015 and (were) amazed when we visited Rajang the Orangutan (who) very quickly become fixated with her belly as she is heavily pregnant and before long he was trying to kiss my partners belly through the glass. I put my belly to the glass and got a dirty look, then when I placed my hand he tried to push my hand away - my partner returned her belly to the glass and Rajang touched and kissed her belly again through the glass. Truly a special animal that has touched our hearts'
