3. Mediocre women will be promoted to top jobs without comment – just as many men have been.

4. We will be able to dress up for formal events…in shoes we can walk home in afterwards.

5. The world bitch will only be used to describe a female dog.

6. Whether or not a high profile woman has children is something that will only concern her and her family.

7. Football played by men will be known as men’s football…to distinguish it from women’s football.

8. Average earnings will be the same regardless of gender.

9. And there will be as many women as men in top level politics, the judiciary and on big company boards.

10. Women will be able to express opinions on social media without attracting vile abuse.

11. People will comment on the clothes that female politicians' husbands wear to the party conferences.

12. We will marvel at men who 'juggle it all' those men who have high profile positions AND children. Imagine that?
