Princess Charlotte clearly takes after her father – so much so that during the Cambridges' visit to Bradford on Wednesday (15 January), Prince William literally couldn't tell who was pictured in a photo: his daughter, or himself as a child.

While in West Yorkshire city, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stopped by the Khidmat community center, where they were presented with a cake and cupcakes featuring images of their family.

"There's a definite feeling of cake in Bradford. Seen a lot of cake today," William joked, while admiring the work of baker Siama Ali, which he called "incredible." His wife Kate was similarly impressed, and said the designs were "so clever."

But when they took a closer look, Prince William was amazed by one picture in particular.

"Is that me?" he asked multiple times. "'Cause that looks just like Charlotte."

In the video below, shared by royal reporter Emily Andrews on Twitter, it's a little hard to hear, but it sounds like William asks Kate, "Doesn't that look like Charlotte?" And she responds, "It looks so much like Charlotte, that's so funny."

You can also hear the Prince clearly say, "Oh my goodness."

The clip ends with William praising the cake maker once again. "Amazing," he says. "Honestly, Mary Berry would be very impressed."

Earlier in the day, William chatted with the crowds, and shared that little Princess Charlotte couldn't come on the visit as she is back in school.
