With the immense pressure they're under to claim the glittering disco ball trophy, it's no wonder some of stars of Strictly Come Dancing have some lucky pre-dance rituals.
Appearing on The One Show, some of the stars of the BBC dance competition joined Alex Jones and Matt Baker, and one Strictly dancer revealed her good luck regime.
When asked by the hosts if any of the dancers had any 'lucky charms', Dianne Buswell revealed that she actually carries something with her every show, and it's so sweet!
'I have a couple of little gemstones that I take with me everywhere that my mum and dad have given me,' she told Alex and Matt.
'I take them everywhere I go and they give me luck and it’s worked so far, so I’ll keep taking them with me.'
Dianne was joined by a group of fellow Strictly pros including Karen Clifton, Oti Mabuse, AJ Pritchard, Gorka Marquez and former pro Pasha Kovalev, where she opened up about Pasha leaving the programme.
The 39-year-old recently announced he was leaving Strictly after an impressive 10 years on the show.
'I’m really sad about Pasha leaving, I loved him. He’s such a gentleman,' Dianne explained.
'On my first show he really included me, as all of them did.
'Such a great guy and I'm going to miss him to be honest. Anytime you need help he's willing to help you.'
Another star who has recently quit the show is long-running judge Darcey Bussell, who announced she was ending her six-year stint earlier this month.
The ballerina explained she was leaving the show to 'give more focus to my many other commitments in dance', leaving a spot open on the illustrious judging panel.
