Kensington Palace has delighted royal fans by sharing a stunning photo taken by Prince Harry of wife Meghan Markle cradling her baby bump.
The rare photo, which was taken in New Zealand during the last leg of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's 16-day royal tour, was shared on the Palace's official Instagram account yesterday (1 November).
The Duchess, who is expecting her first child in the spring, is seen smiling at the camera in a black padded jacket and jeans while cradling her stomach as she stands in Rotorua's Redwoods Forest.
The accompanying caption reads: "A message from The Duke and Duchess of Sussex: 'Thank you New Zealand for the most wonderful last week of our tour. It has been a privilege to meet so many friendly Kiwis.
Australia, Fiji, Tonga and NZ – we leave feeling inspired and reminded of how every single one of us can make a difference.'"
This was followed by a quote by New Zealand suffragist Kate Sheppard, which reads: "The rain that refreshes the parched ground, is made up of single drops."
The Palace then revealed that Prince Harry was behind the camera by concluding the caption with: "#commonwealth 🇳🇿🇦🇺🇫🇯🇹🇴 📷 The Duke of Sussex".
Unsurprisingly, royal fans have inundated the post with thousands of likes and comments, with one person speaking for many when they wrote: "Great pic! Absolutely beautiful!"
