New research from a survey of 2000-plus British holidaymakers by luggage delivery company sendmybag.com has revealed the top 10 items most likely to get left behind when they return home.

More than three quarters (77%) of British holidaymakers leave items behind in their hotel rooms, either because they intended to discard them (often to make room in the luggage for holiday purchases) or most often by accident.
