The original Go Ape experience is a two to three-hour tree top adventure that will have you flying down zip-wires, leaping off Tarzan swings and tackling a multitude of tree top crossings. We loved getting in touch with our inner Tarzan, spending a few slightly fearful - but fun - hours swinging through the trees.

No two tree top courses are the same, and some locations also offer other outdoor activities such as Tree Top Junior courses for kids under 12 and Segway Trails.

'Keeper for a Day' at London Zoo is a fantastic day out for any budding zookeeper or animal lover. Both child and adult options are available and those taking part get a chance to have real hands-on experience with a variety of animals within the zoo.

Although there is no set itinerary for the day, we were lucky enough to feed giraffes and lemurs. We also got to tickle a penguin's tummy and even cleaned an anteater's nose! 

On the day you can guarantee plenty of interaction and there's great photo opportunities. Perfect for a celebration or special birthday.

The self-named Thrill Capital has certainly got plenty to get the teenage adrenaline flowing. Attractions include a 'world's first' ride in reverse on the UK's first winged rollercoaster The Swarm, where brave riders spin 180° and plunge 127ft - our teenage testers loved this and spent the day trying to decide if it was better forward or backwards!

Bring 1000 years of London history to life with a mix of live actors, shows, special effects, scary surprises and two new rides.

Set on a journey through London going back ten centuries, guests are guided through plague-ridden streets. Here you can witness Guy Fawkes' dramatic plot to blow up Parliament and travel back to Jack the Ripper's bleak Whitechapel.
