What is #SmearForSmear?
Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust launched the #SmearForSmear campaign this week (Cervical Cancer Prevention Week) to remind people of the importance of regular smear tests. Cervical cancer is the most common form of cancer in women under 35, but sadly one in three women between 25-29 ignored their smear test invitations in 2013-14.

How can I get involved?
Like most charity campaigns so far, via social media. Take a lipstick smear selfie and share it by using #SmearForSmear and @JoTrust. You're also encouraged to nominate a friend to do the same.

If you're unsure what to tweet, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust suggest, 'Help prevent cervical cancer w/ @JoTrust. Attend your smear, reduce your risk. I nominate @your-friend #smearforsmear'.
