Stacey Solomon penned an emotional letter to her teenage self this week, reflecting on the things she'd say if she had the chance, including what not to believe from others. 'Never let anyone set your limits for you. Those people couldn’t have been more wrong,' Stacey affirmed in a post on Instagram.
She said people told her 'you’re not smart enough, that you aren’t strong enough, you don't speak well enough, you aren’t talented enough…' but that they were wrong.
It was particularly tough for Stacey at that time because she was a teenage mum and people said to her 'you’re on a road to failure.' Instead, Stacey proved everyone wrong, as she also revealed she had been to an 'awards ceremony to celebrate our company becoming the Second fastest growing company in the country' - Rehab hair and body care.

She also shared that, before the ceremony, she 'got my beautiful babies ready for school, then headed off to shoot a campaign with a brand,' and that 'a day like this I could have never even dreamed of growing up. And so many people told me it wouldn’t be possible.'
Fans and followers were quick to share their support for Stacey in the comments, and she thanked everyone for their kind words saying, 'Thank you for all of your lovely messages. Reading them this morning.'
Earlier this month, Stacey, her five children and husband Joe Swash all attended the National Television Awards together where as they were nominated for an NTA for their reality TV series, Stacey & Joe. Stacey's decluttering show Sort Your Life Out was also nominated.
While she didn't win this time around, Stacey said it still 'feels like we won' because 'not only did I get to be with my whole family last night but I also got to be with our WHOLE Sort Your Life Out team and S&J team.'
