Their hearts will go on: Pamela Anderson & Liam Neeson recreate iconic film scene – but it doesn’t go to plan

We admit it, we're slightly obsessing over Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson at the moment, as the pair's sparkling chemistry shines on the press tour for their new film, The Naked Gun. In their latest appearance together, the duo even recreated one of the most iconic - and romantic - movie scenes in Hollywood cinema.

In a famous scene from Titanic, Rose (Kate Winslet) and Jack (Leonardo DiCaprio) stand together on the bow of the ship. Rose stands right at the front with her arms outstretched, as Jack holds her, and she cries, 'I'm flying, Jack!' It's an unforgettable moment of film history which has been recreated countless times, and now Pamela and Liam have given it a shot themselves.

In a video, Pamela can be seen dressed in a Danielle Frankel peplum bodice and pleated skirt, as she takes to the bow of a boat. She stretches her arms out beside her, as Liam comes in behind. He shoots a humorous grimace of concern to the camera, while he tries to manoeuvre himself to hold onto her, and Pamela laughs. She begins to gracefully drape her scarf in the breeze, but then jumps with a start when a horn beeps. It's not quite as smooth and dramatic as the original, but given Pam and Liam are the duo of the moment, fans (including us) have been loving it.

While the co-stars may seem loved up - with Liam even confessing to being 'madly in love' with Pamela - the two have confirmed they are just friends. Arriving together for various red carpet screenings of The Naked Gun, the stars hit the headlines for their cosy embraces and chemistry. However, Liam said he was done with dating but that Pamela had a 'friend forever' in him.

The Naked Gun is out in cinemas from 1 August.
