Vernon Kay joined a star-studded line up at Wimbledon this weekend, and brought his daughter Phoebe Elizabeth Kay along with him as his guest. We had to do a double take when we saw them photographed together, as Phoebe looks so much like her mum Tess Daly.
The 20-year-old joined her dad for day 14 of The Championships at the All England Lawn and Tennis Club, ahead of the Mens' Singles Final. on Sunday (13 July). Phoebe was in a bright, tennis ball green summer dress with metallic heels. She wore her long blonde hair in beachy waves, just like Tess often does. Dad Vernon looked smart in a suit with box-fresh white trainers and chose a classic white tee, over a more formal shirt and tie.
The duo joined an A-list selection of guests on the final day of Wimbledon on Sunday, which included Nicole Kidman, Keira Knightly, Anna Wintour and Andrew Scott. The Prince and Princess of Wales were also in attendance with their two oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Their cheeky youngest child, Prince Louis, however, didn't join the rest of the family for the day out.
The Princess presented the winning trophy for the mens' singles final as well as the women's event the day before. Kate attended Saturday's final alone, and wore a co-ordinating cream outfit with a frothy tulle skirt. On Sunday, she opted for a custom Roksander dress in royal blue, while Prince William and George both wore navy suits. Princess Charlotte, who has attended Wimbledon with her mum before, wore a ruffled white dress with black trim.
The real fashion moment of the event, however, was when Kate donned a fabulously floppy woven sun hat to protect her from the heatwave sun.
The Championships 2025 took place from Monday 30 June to Sunday 13 July at the All England Lawn and Tennis Club in Wimbledon, London.
