Wimbledon is back again for 2025 and, on Day One, we've seen a slew of famous faces arriving in fabulous looks already. Block white or neutrals are traditionally a popular choice for the event, as are florals and classic prints including polka dots and pin stripes. It's pastel tones and soft patterns which usually reign supreme at Wimbledon, and we've seen the usual trends playing out already - except in one case.
One guest of the All England Lawn and Tennis Club however, has re-written the rules with a punchy look in a much bolder flavour: Dame Joanna Lumley. The star arrived at the exciting summer tennis event in a pair of statement, wide-leg trousers in roaring leopard print.
Dame Joanna added a classic white tee and loose-fitting shirt for a breezy, lighter feel to uplift the otherwise darker pattern. She also opted for a slouchy black shoulder bag and a pair of pumps, incorporating maximum comfort into her stylish ensemble.
It certainly looked like Dame Joanna was having an absolutely fabulous time at the event, as she was pictured enjoying a glass of Lanson champagne wearing reflective pink shades. She also joined fellow Dame Denise Lewis, along with presenters Angellica Bell and Laura Whitmore. She then took to the stands to watch the action, where she sat alongside Laura.
Elsewhere, newly knighted Sir David Beckham was joined by his mum Sandra, and the pair were spotted wearing co-ordinating looks at they chatted with Sir Gareth Southgate in the stands. And there were more parent-child duos in attendance, too, as Princess Beatrice arrived with Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York.
The Championships 2025 takes place from Monday 30 June to Sunday 13 July at the All England Lawn and Tennis Club in Wimbledon, London.
