Uma Thurman stepped out on the red carpet with a rare guest on Monday (2 June), when she was joined by her youngest daughter Luna. The pair were at the Signature Theatre in New York for the opening night of the play Eurydice, which stars Uma's other daughter - and Luna's big sister - Maya Hawke.
In a proud mum moment, Uma brought along her 12 year old daughter Luna for the evening, to support Maya's opening night. Being the youngest child, Luna has rarely been seen at public events with her mum, but the pair looked strikingly similar with their long sleek hair and co-ordinated casual looks.
Luna wore straight leg jeans with a black off-the-shoulder top, accessorising with a classic Dior saddle bag. Uma, meanwhile, opted for a crips white t-shirt and a matching black jacket and trousers combo. Both went for closed toe ballet pumps. The family's star of the evening, Maya, also walked the red carpet. She wore a stunning satin dress in rust red, with a matching umbrella to accessorise.
The play Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl is a modern retelling of classic Greek mythology, centring on a young couple and a father-daughter reunion. In the production at the Signature Theatre, Maya plays the title character Eurydice. She was praised as being 'instantly likeable' in a latest New York Times review of the play, which warned viewers to 'bring tissues' if they're planning to get tickets.
Uma shares her two oldest children, Maya and Levon Hawke, with fellow actor Ethan Hawke. She then had Luna in 2012 with former partner Arpad Busson. While Maya and Levon have followed their parents' footsteps into acting, Luna has remained largely out of the spotlight so far. Maya's youngest daughter is known as Luna Thurman-Bosse, but her full name is Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson.
Eurydice runs until 22 June 2025 at the Signature Theatre in New York.
