Good news for fans of BBC One's The Traitors - we're being treated a very special Traitors-themed BBC Prom exploring "treachery and betrayal" in the show's honour. The best part? It'll be hosted by the one and only Claudia Winkleman. The drama of a classical concert feels like the perfect match to the theatrical world of The Traitors, and is an exciting collaboration for fans of the show as well as the annual music event.

According to the BBC, "The Traitors Prom will feature a host of famous classical works, alongside new symphonic arrangements of music." Most excitingly, we've been promised "guest appearances from contestants," although exactly who will appear hasn't yet been confirmed. Could we see retired opera singer and contestant Linda Rands make an appearance? What we do know is that the music will be provided by the BBC singers and BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and conducted by Karen Ní Bhroin.

People right across the country can witness the show live in any of the 14 different venues which are hosting the Proms. For the first time, the BBC Proms will appear in Bradford (as part of Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture) and Sunderland, giving fresh audiences a chance to enjoy the festival. There will also be two three-day weekend residencies in Bristol and Gateshead, as well as performances from London's Royal Albert Hall, where The Traitors Prom will be held. Of course, you can also listen and watch from home via BBC TV, radio and streaming.

Traditionally, the Proms collaborates with other BBC brands and, this year, The Traitors has been chosen for one of the specially themed proms. Other collaborations for 2025 include the Shipping Forecast, in celebration of it's 100 year anniversary, which will take place in Belfast with the Ulster Orchestra and Poet Laureate Simon Armitage. There's even some brand new CBeebies Proms including A Magical Bedtime Story and Wildlife Jamboree in Gateshead.

If you want to see all The Traitors musical action live, you can get tickets to see it live this July at the Royal Albert Hall. BBC Proms is also bringing back its accessible ticket scheme, meaning you can get seated tickets to see the Proms from £10 and standing tickets from £8. There are also half-price tickets for kids and teens under 18 years old.
