If you're running the London marathon this weekend, firstly good luck - we'll be virtually cheering you on. Secondly, we're slightly jealous of the amount of freebies you'll be entitled to when you've finished. The thought of a free juicy burger, an ice-cold pint of beer (or cider) and free, unlimited travel across Tfl at the end is *almost* enough to make me want to run it.

We thought it would be handy to compile a list of all the best offers you can get across London if you show your medal, so don't be shy and make the most of the offers - you deserve it!

And if you're a supporter, Brompton, the folding bike brand, is offering free bike hire to any spectators coming to cheer on friends and family! All you need to do is email brompton@wearetheromans.com with the bib number of the person you're supporting to receive a code that will provide complimentary Brompton bike hire for the day! Find the full list of Brompton hire stations here.
