They say the apple never falls far from the tree, and that certainly appears to be the case for Vernon Kay and Tess Daly's daughter Phoebe as she turns 20.

Vernon Kay shared a sweet tribute in honour of his only daughter on Wednesday (16 October), by taking to social media with sweet snaps of the pair together.

Vernon posted a grinning photo of the father-daughter duo, where his daughter Phoebe rests her head on her dad's shoulder as they smile into the camera. And, in the snap, Phoebe is a double for mum Tess Daly, especially with her wavy blonde locks.

In a caption alongside the image Vernon, said he was celebrating '20yrs of Happiness!', wishing his daughter a happy birthday and adding 'Love Ya so much'.

The doting dad also shared a second photograph in the same post, adding a throwback of him and Phoebe from when she was younger. In the snap, the pair are all smiles as they stand cheek to cheek, Phoebe in sparkling white outfit and flower hair clip while dad Vernon rocks a pair of aviator shades.
