Faithfuls and traitors, listen up! A celebrity version of The Traitors is officially on its way and we've finally got news of a release date - and some exciting new details. As luck would have it, Claudia Winkleman and her iconic outfits are returning for The Celebrity Traitors much sooner than expected - wait for it... this October!
After the rumour mill went wild with speculation, the BBC has confirmed that 19 stars will be entering the castle for the first celebrity version of the multi-award-winning game show - and they'll be on our screens as soon as Wednesday 8th October. Fear not, just like the original hit series, the celebrity spin-off will be hosted by the inimitable Claudia Winkleman, and will no doubt make for unmissable TV. The series will launch with an extra-long first episode, as fans will be treated to 70 minutes of treachery.

The full list of contestants for The Celebrity Traitors has now been confirmed by the BBC, following intense speculation and multiple news websites reporting various rumoured stars. Some stars who were long rumoured to be taking part - such as Tom Daly and Alan Carr - have now been confirmed, while others were a total surprise. Good news - The Celebrity Traitors is coming soon! The BBC has confirmed the series will return to BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Wednesday 8th October at 9pm. The series will air two nights a week, on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 9pm.
