Now, Diane – mother to recently recruited traitor Ross – has shared what her own reality show would be about.

"I think it would be great to do Sunday Roasts at Diane’s House with celebrities. How good would that be!’ she told Metro.co.uk.

Diane also revealed who her ideal guest would be, with Strictly Come Dancing star Jayde Adams taking the top spot.

"I’d have anybody round, that would be fine! And my roast dinners aren’t as bad as Ross says," she added, referring to a scene on the show where Ross insulted his mum's roast dinner in front of her.

Diane also shared her reaction to her newfound popularity.

"It’s mental, I’m flattered, absolutely flattered, it’s amazing! But it is weird, really. I went on for a laugh, on a gameshow, and it’s spiralling out of control."

The Traitors has not got any less dramatic since Diane's departure. Last night's episode (January 19) featured Ross being recruited and Faithful Charlotte banished.

The episode prior (January 18) saw Paul banished, after fellow Traitor Harry turned on him for throwing his name into the ring.

The Traitors series 2 airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
