Strictly Come Dancing star Neil Jones and fiancée Chyna Mills are marking a sweet milestone for baby Havana.

The couple announced the happy news that they had welcomed the newborn earlier this month, saying at the time that their "hearts are so full".

Chyna revealed on Instagram yesterday (October 30) that Havana is now one month old, sharing a series of cute pictures of the baby.

"4 weeks of loving you," the Chyna captioned the post.

Neil recently spoke to Digital Spy about becoming a dad following Havana's birth, saying of how the trio are doing: "She's just a cutie. It's early stages, so at the moment she just feeds and sleeps, feeds and sleeps."

"You always laugh because people say about sleep, but then you say it doesn’t matter because as dancers we don’t sleep anyway," he added of the night feeds.

"I always make sure I'm back during the night times, just to help [Chyna] through the nights with the feeds because obviously it's a lot."

Reflecting of fatherhood, Neil said: "It's one of those things where you turn around and go life isn't just about you anymore. Now you've got this human being that you've got to take care of, so everything you do, you're thinking more or less about the future."

He also called Chyna a "brilliant" mum and said that his fiancée is "over the moon" with their baby.

Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
