Strictly Come Dancing fans have been invited behind the scenes with pro Dianne Buswell over on Instagram.

In a stitched-together video posted yesterday (12 October), the Australian choreographer admitted she'd "been meaning to do one of these for ages" before documenting what it's like preparing for a live show on a Saturday.

"I'm already late. I need to get to my car and get to the studio!" Buswell revealed from home just as the camera cut to the Strictly makeup and hair department.

Here, we see Buswell washing her celebrity partner Bobby Brazier's hair while fellow pro Gorka Márquez plays a prank on him.

Then the footage skips to a buggy ride, Buswell having a laugh at Adam Thomas in his Movies Week costume, and a touching moment with Amy Dowden, who debuted her shaven head on last weekend's programme as she continues to battle breast cancer.

But a true Strictly Saturday wouldn't be complete without a peek at the main event itself.

Aided by an unseen videographer, Buswell and Brazier's staircase entrance is shown from the sidelines, as well as the climax of their routine.

This comes after EastEnders cast member Brazier told The Mirror,"I could speak about Dianne all day. She's just a diamond. She's just great. I feel very lucky," he said at the Pride of Britain Awards 2023.

Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
