Fearne Cotton has announced that her latest book will be released early in the new year.

The radio presenter, Happy Place founder and best-selling author shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the book titled Little Things will explore the causes of stress and how we can learn more about our own reactions to it.

"I really hope that it is a helpful book and that it feels like a nice warm hug," Fearne says in short video explaining more about it.

What to read next

In the caption on Instagram, Fearne explained the reason behind the title. She wrote: "My new book dives into the subject of stress. I felt uncomfortable giving this book a false promise title so landed on Little Things because I believe it’s the small changes we can make, and the little adjustments we can try that make a big difference."

"I really hope that it is a helpful book and that it feels like a nice warm hug," Fearne added. "This book is full of tools, expert advice, real life stories from me and some of my friends, and sections where you can write your thoughts down, explore your own stress patterns and get curious about your triggers. I hope you find this book helpful and comforting."
