Reese Witherspoon has been enjoying a beautiful summer with her family and she took to her Instagram account to share some dreamy snaps from their outings together.

In the first photograph, Reese looks joyful as she sits on a wooden porch laughing. The star looked chic as ever in a relaxed all-white outfit, wearing a strappy top and shorts with sandals, plus layered necklaces and dark sunglasses.

Other snaps feature stunning sunsets, including one over an infinity pool and sun loungers and one with one her youngest son Tennessee. Reese also posted a selfie alongside her older son, Deacon who is a singer.

On the final slide, Reese shared a poignant quote which was attributed to Cleo Wade and read: "Life will change you or you can change with life. We are in motion. Everything we know is always moving. We can wrestle with this energy or we can dance with it. The choice is completely up to you."

As a caption for the images, Reese wrote, "Soaking up the last days of summer ☀️💕🤗"

Earlier this month, Reese was out and about with her daughter Ava, and the pair twinned in co-ordinating looks while attending a special event together.

Reese also shared some behind the scenes snaps of the mother-daughter duo getting ready together at a hotel before the event, as they prepped their co-ordinating hair and make-up looks.
