Strictly Come Dancing fan favourite Giovanni Pernice has announced he's making a career move.
On his Instagram, the dancer posted of himself wearing a Gucci t-shirt, shades and an expensive-looking watch, while signing a contract.
"Can’t wait to share with you all what I have been up to," he teased in the caption.
"One of my dream projects finally is coming to life! Let’s play the game... can you guess what it is?"
We made not need to guess what it is though, as The Mirror reports that he is launching a unisex fragrance, due to come in a new month.
The publication also states that his company is called GP Vita Ltd, and looking at the UK government website, he indeed has set up a company at the beginning of this month with his friend Giacomo Tontarelli.
Pernice won the 2021 series of Strictly with his celebrity partner Rose Ayling-Ellis, with their dance in which the sound dropped out becoming one of the show's most iconic moments of all time.
Recently, however, Rose admitted that she absolutely "hated" the dance at first, stating: "I watched this pre-recorded video by external choreographers and immediately didn’t like what they’d come up with. I was up for the idea, as long as it wasn’t a patronising stunt. An attempt to get the pity vote, all sad, dreary and 'poor me'.
Eventually the dance was reworked with her input, and she stated that it was much improved. "It felt totally different," Rose said. "From there, we created the dance, shaping and changing it throughout the week.
“[It felt] more true to me. It was only at camera rehearsals in the studio, when I was told the crew – who never stop – all dropped what they were doing to watch that I thought: ‘Shit. This might be a big deal.’”
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
