The star wrote: " It was Frances’s birthday. She wanted to have a Bingo party. So that’s what she had...Frances has never looked happier and I’ve never seen her enjoy stronger love and a happier relationship between her, her friends, and carers. More than anything it was a normal night out - Frances with her mates and family, happy with her life. After, she was happy to go back to the place she now calls home with her wonderful friends and carers. Look at the love between them! It was brilliant. 💜"

Jo ended the caption thanking all carers who look after those with learning differences and dedicates the post to raising awareness of those with learning disabilities during Learning Disability Week (19-25 June).

Fans were quick to comment how wonderful and insightful Jo's post was, with many people relating to her experience with her sister.

Celebrity friends including Davina McCall commented "I loved reading this post x ❤️ thank you x" and Sharon Horgan commented " She looks very happy and so do you. xx"
