Gemma Atkinson shared a sweet throwback of her daughter Mia on social media on Sunday (21 May).
The star took to Instagram to share a video of her and her daughter, who is now aged 3, as a baby playing and laughing together.
Gemma captioned the adorable post: "Crazy you forget how small they actually were! I remember sending Gorka updates every day on what she was doing 🥹
Can anyone (truthfully) actually remember the early early months without video reference? I can’t but maybe it’s baby brain. 🥴"
Gemma's celebrity friends were quick to comment — including Dianne Buswell who commented "❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️so gorj xx" and Karen Hauer Wyn-Jones commenting "Cutie.❤️"
Gemma's fans also replied to the star's question, commenting their relatable experiences of trying to remember your children as babies without photos or videos.
This isn't the only cute post Gemma has shared recently. The star posted a selection of snaps of her and her daughter as a baby on Instagram on Sunday (7 May).
Gemma captioned the post with a heartfelt caption explaining how she finishes work in two weeks and is trying to prepare herself for baby number two.
She also asked fans for any tips they had for your child starting school and any for jumping from one child to two.
The star is expecting her second baby with her partner Gorka Marquez. The couple met on the show Strictly Come Dancing and have been together since 2018.
Parents to their daughter Mia, who was born in 2019, the pair announced they were expecting their second child in January 2023.
