Vanessa Feltz has praised her This Morning colleagues Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond for their support amid her recent split.
The presenter revealed earlier this year that she had parted ways with her partner Ben Ofoedu after 16 years together.
In a new interview, she credited Holly and Alison for being shoulders to lean on during a difficult time, calling them "great women" and "great friends".
"I've known Alison for about 21 years, and Holly for 10 – it's a long time," she told OK!. "We're proper friends in real life. It's not just a TV thing, it's a real thing. Both of those women are 100 per cent there for me, and have been in various different circumstances.
"Without question, they're among the first women I hear from. They're great women and they're great friends. What you see on TV is what they're really like, and they're very funny. They are excellent company and tremendous for a girls' night out."
Back in February, Vanessa said on This Morning that "people have been amazing" to her since the split, which "helps a lot".
"I can't sleep at all, so reading thousands and thousands of messages from lovely people on Instagram is something to do in the night," the star said. "When you have to end a relationship it's very hard. I've had what feels like millions of messages from so, so many people going through it. I wouldn't want to minimise in any way what it's like when you're heartbroken. It's horrible."
Speaking further about keeping positive, Vanessa added: "I'm not alone and I've been through it before. It's not like I'm a stranger to this stuff. I've already had a horrible divorce, but I'm absolutely not going to let it grind me down."
This Morning airs on weekdays from 10am on ITV1.
