Call the Midwife actress Helen George has gone from blonde to brunette.
Displaying her wavy new look with an Instagram selfie yesterday (January 20), she was soon landing all sorts of compliments from friends and fans in the comment section.
Victoria Yeates, who plays Sister Winifred opposite George's Nurse Trixie in the long-running BBC period drama, wrote: "Stunning as usual".
Former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley added: "Jadore!!!!!" alongside a red heart emoji, while "The colour really suits you", "That hair colour is amazing on you" and "Oh my goodness what a transformation x," read three more messages.
George, who showed up in ITV's DI Ray as Annalie last year, is currently readying herself for a tour of musical The King and I – kicking off on 4 February in Canterbury before visiting cities like Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and Dublin.
"Theatre is my first love, and I am so excited to be returning to the stage for this beautiful, majestic production of The King and I," she shared in a statement.
"I was blown away when I saw Bartlett Sher's staging of this wonderful show, so I can't wait to work with him and the rest of the creative team to bring this timeless story back to the stage next year.
"Anna is such a strong, passionate and determined character, and I'm going to relish bringing her to life every night, as well as giving audiences all over the UK the chance to see this peerless Broadway and West End musical right on their doorstep."
Call the Midwife airs on Sunday nights on BBC One and streams on BBC iPlayer.
