Stacey Solomon shared some adorable photos of her family enjoying a snow day on Monday, 12 December.
On Sunday 11 December and Monday 12 December, much of the UK experienced snowfall; and Stacey's family appear to have made the most of it! Taking to Instagram, she shared some sweet photos of her family enjoying playing in the garden, including taking part in a host of fun activities like sledging.
Taking to social media, Stacey shared that this snow day was particularly special; as it marked the first time the family has seen snow in their current home, nicknamed Pickle Cottage, and the first time her daughter, Rose, has ever experienced snow! "❄️ The First Snow At Pickle Cottage ❄️ 🥲 & Rose’s first ever snow," Stacey said.
Continuing, she added: "We woke up to what seemed like Narnia outside the window 😭 and the kids have never been so excited. 🥲 Our roads hadn’t gotten round to being gritted so all school & work was snowed off! So we made the most of a very very rare snow day & spent all day in Joes childhood sleigh that he has had since he was 10 🥹, making snow angels & having snowball fights. It was such a special day that none of us new was coming. Happy Monday everyone… Hope you’re ok, and not too snowed in! Lots and lots of love from all of us ❄️🤍."
In addition to enjoying the snow, Stacey's family also appear to be feeling ready for Christmas. Taking to Instagram previously, the star shared some of her outdoors Christmas decorations; and they look amazing.
