Great British Bake Off fans, rejoice – the show is returning very soon.
Sharing a sweet picture of judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood taking a selfie along with hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas, the show wrote on Twitter: "In knead of some good news?
"Here’s a little something…
"The Great British Bake Off is back on your screens on Tuesday 13th September at 8pm! #GBBO."
Prue and Paul will be back to judge the bakes submitted by a team of amateur bakers, who are yet to be announced.
Last year's coveted glass cake stand was won by Giuseppe Dell'Anno, who beat Crystelle Pereira and Chigs Parmar in the final.
After scooping the prize, Giuseppe said: "There are no words, I am speechless for once. All I can think of is the reaction from my mum and dad.
"The fact is that everything I have done to deserve this comes from his heritage, it's the best thank-you note I can possibly send him."
Paul Hollywood said at the time: "The first time I walked into the tent and in the first signature I saw his mini rolls, I thought, 'That looks like our winner.'
"You could see the heart and soul going into his baking. He has done an incredible job!"
2018 finalist Kim-Joy recently announced she had married her partner Nabil Homsi during a holiday to Las Vegas.
Talking about the couple's wedding ceremony, which was performed by an Elvis impersonator, Kim-Joy wrote: "We knew we wanted to do something fun and no pressure (especially cause we've put so much time, money and planning into the house renovation already!) – and as we were already headed to Vegas, we decided to just get married there!"
The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, it's known as The Great British Baking Show, and streams on Netflix.
