Strictly couple enjoy holiday with dance partner Sara Davies

Strictly Come Dancing couple Janette Manrara and Aljaž Škorjanec have been enjoying a holiday with Škorjanec's former dance partner and Dragon's Den star Sara Davies.

Manrara took to Instagram to post a series of holiday snaps at a luxury villa with a pool where she thanked Sara and her husband Simon for "being the best hosts".

Along with the series of images, Janette captioned the post: "Sometimes just 1 weekend of puzzles, beach, pool, matching swimsuits, dancing in the night, mini hair salons, good food, good weather, and good company…. Is all you need to fill your soul with joy!"

"We had an incredible time and we are already counting down for the next one," she continued her caption.

In one photo Manrara and Davies are seen lounging on a sunny beach, and in another Škorjanec can be seen walking into the sea with Davies' two children.

A video Manrara shared shows the Strictly stars giving an impromptu dance performance, and in another video Davies and her children donned matching swimsuits with the Strictly couple to jump into a pool.

Davies, who appeared on Strictly as Škorjanec's partner in 2021, previously opened up about the friendship they formed.

"It's been great for us," she gushed. "Janette has been coming up on a Monday so we can go out for dinner as the four of us.

"Last week we went for dinner, and last night I had these two, Janette and Aljaž, round for dinner at our house.

"Janette is such a firecracker. Her and my husband have hit it off as well, so it's been brilliant spending time, the four of us."

Davies has been married to partner Simon since 2007 while Škorjanec and Manrara tied the knot in 2017, having met in a dance studio in London six years prior.
