Strictly Coming Dancing duo in romantic snap from Paris

Strictly Come Dancing couple Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington have been snapped enjoying the French capital together during their birthday week.

The pro choreographers finally went public with their relationship this spring, after meeting on the BBC dancefloor in 2021.

Cuddled up with the Eiffel Tower in sight, Widdrington captioned his photo: "From Paris with [love]."

Making the trip extra special, it's the pair's shared birthday week. Kai celebrated his 27 birthday on 23 August, while Naidya turned 33 on 24 August.

His followers were quick to comment on the loved-up pair's trip away before the busyness of Strictly commences next month.

"My favourites! Beautiful couple & photo! Have the best time", "omg this is so cute!!! have the best time ever", "favourite pair! the happiness in this picture" and "this is the cutest ever!! your happiness is everything and so good to see" read a handful of messages.

Ukrainian-Slovenian star Bychkova opened up about their romance earlier this year.

"We've been seeing each other properly for a couple of months now," she told The Daily Mail's Weekend magazine. "It's early days and we've been rehearsing for the Strictly Professionals tour, so there's been very little free time."

"But we're getting to know more and more about each other day by day. He's kind and compassionate and makes me laugh. I feel very relaxed with him," she continued.

"We're focused on our work. Thankfully we both understand this is part of what we do."
