Since bringing Sex and the City back to life with And Just Like That, Sarah Jessica Parker is also set to reprise her role as Sarah Sanderson in Hocus Pocus 2.
Now, ahead of the Disney sequel's release this Halloween, Parker has confirmed some exciting news about the return of the Sanderson sisters.
The three witches will be singing again!
During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Sarah revealed that, much like the first movie, the cast will be belting out a musical number "or two" for fans to sing along to.
Reflecting on her reunion with Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy – who are back as Winnie and Mary, respectively – SJP said her experience on Hocus Pocus 2 was "amazing and funny and ridiculous and all sorts of things."
As for the rumour of a musical number, she confirmed: "There will be a number, of course there will be a number! A number or two."
Both Sarah and Bette Midler performed two songs in the original 1993 movie, with Sarah performing 'Sarah's Theme' (or 'Come Little Children') and Bette delivering a rendition of 'I Put a Spell on You'.
Speaking of follow-ups, it was recently revealed that Sarah Jessica Parker and Sex and the City showrunner Michael Patrick King "are talking" about potential storylines for a second season of And Just Like That.
"We're thrilled with how the show did and Michael Patrick King and Sarah Jessica Parker are talking to make sure there's a creative direction that they're excited by," HBO boss Casey Bloys has revealed.
"They will come to us when they're ready, but I hope they have something they're excited by…"
Hocus Pocus is currently available to watch on Disney+. Hocus Pocus 2 will premiere exclusively on Disney+ this Halloween.
