The Duchess of Cambridge was all smiles when she visited Clitheroe Community Hospital on 20 January and met with a gorgeous therapy puppy as part of the trip!
Kate can be seen beaming as she enjoys a cuddle with Alfie, a cockapoo puppy, who will be part of the hospital's work to help boost the wellbeing of its patients.
Everyone was struck by how sweet the scene was, with Alfie clearly besotted with Kate as he gave her a kiss on the chin!
Her husband, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, was also seen enjoying some time snuggling with the cute little dog.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended Clitheroe Community Hospital as part of their royal visit to Lancashire. Speaking of their visit on Instagram, they said: "At Clitheroe Community Hospital in Lancashire today to meet with staff who work both in the hospital and across this rural community and hear about their experience of responding to COVID-19."
