David Walliams took to Instagram to reveal the cover of his latest children’s book, Megamonster.
In the post, David shared a book cover featuring a girl standing before a huge, green three-headed monster with a castle in the background.
The author explained that the book would be out in the summer and was now available to pre-order.

Many of David’s followers were excited about the new book release saying, “My children love your books and we have all of them” and “My daughter will be so excited. She has all of your other books.”
Another added that their “son is obsessed he has them all so far he read a full one last night after school,” until he went to sleep.
David Walliams has become a well-established favourite author or children across the country, with classics like Gangsta Granny.
A rollercoaster based on the author’s works has even now been built. Visitors can try out the Gangsta Granny themed rollercoaster at Alton Towers and even go to Raj’s Shop, which featured in the the book, to buy sweets and souvenirs.
As well as updates on his latest books, the author frequently shares photographs of his adorable dogs, who he refers to as his “boys”.
As lockdown restrictions eased, David also used the opportunity to take his mum on a “date night” to a restaurant, who he is close to.
David Walliams' new book, Megamonster is out on 24 June and is available to preorder now.
